I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The parking area, although a bit run down, was secure and spacious enough to accommodate any vehicle size. In terms of transportation, the hotel was conveniently located near a bus station, making it easy to explore the city. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, providing me with all the necessary information about this city. Additionally, the breakfast provided was delicious, offering a typical continental spread.

Everything was great except that our ac didn't work in our room, and it seemed like the whole hotel was having problems. Very uncomfortable to sleep with no ac in July. The pool hours could have been longer (11am- 7pm) but overall the hotel was great, just get that ac fixed!

Convenient location near highway and free parking. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean bathroom with modern facilities. Suitable for motorists with safe and spacious parking lot.

our Room was very comfortable. All Things find their place.Arriving without baggage isnt a problem, because over the firts day the gentleman and lady package in the bathroom will be very helpful.

Because of the about 20 25 minutes distance to florence wehave to use the shuttle bus. that cause problems, if ther are more than 20 peoples. Espacially in the evening time. we have to pay twice for Taxi,becuase there is one bus only to bring you back to the hotel. There is no second bus possible. And the last bus is to early, if you d like to go out, or have diner like the Italian.But for sightseeing tour only, the Arrival and departure Times of Shuttle are okay.

No free wi-fi!! WI-Fi was €9/hr. Swisscom, the Internet provider, barred iPads and iPhones. Unacceptable!

To old furnishing in the rooms, the tv was from 1970.. 5 sun-beds i pool area on sheraton hotel? that must be a record low in august..... i cald the front desk 2 times if the could fix more sunbeds, but i got the answer, if its possible they bring out more!! so i guess they only had 5....My total opinion aside from a few good things,, This hotel lives only by its name...

We really enjoyed our stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was perfect for us, just off the Autostrada and outside the busy city center. It was convenient for our travels and offered a peaceful atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing us with great information about the area. The service was top-notch, from the polite and attentive waiters in the restaurant to the kind and helpful reception staff. We felt well taken care of during our stay.

The staff was extremely helpful and answered any questions we had and made many helpful suggestions to make our honeymoon complete. A special thanks to Marco in the lounge and to the restaraunt manager to make us feel appreciated.

I thought the wi-fi should have been free instead of $18 euro for 24 hours, the most I ever paid on the 13 day trip of 5 hotels. Drink prices were a litle up there..

Nice pool

The timetable of the shuttle makes it sometimes just useless to chose this hotel for that service! We had to take the bus and taxi to come back the time we wanted , to at least enjoy an evening meal in the centre ! e.g. the last shuttles back is 9.30pm at the station ! Though the pool was great (large and well maintained), there were only 4 sun beds !!!!

The hotel offered free shuttle service to the city, which saved us money on transportation. the fitness center was well-equipped with modern machines. The hotel was also situated in a safe area with easy access to restaurants.

The internet wasn't free, which was inconvenient. , the room felt outdated and was not very clean.

Location is good if you arrive with the car and ready to take a taxi to go to the historical center 20- 25 Eu one way, room is good enough, all facilities operated well, staff personnel is friendly, speak English

Location is too far if you plan to enjoy all sightseens of Florence

The shuttle service into downtown Florence is very poor. Shuttle services, as in airport shuttles, are supposed to go back and forth from the hotel throughout the day. Instead, this shuttle service only goes into the city and back 6 times a day. The hotel has something like 325 rooms but the shuttle service only has the capacity for 16 people at a time. One would imagine that most people staying in the hotel would want to visit the city every day. Doing the math, the shuttle service can only service 96 people a day. This is ridiculous. People got left behind on numerous shuttles rides, including us twice in our two night stay there. My girlfriend and I were sorely disappointed in this service. A very significant reason for deciding to stay at the Sheraton was because of the shuttle service.
